Main corrugating roller: ￠ 360mm (different according to different corrugating type), pressure roller ￠ 415mm, preheating roller ￠ 400mm.

Adopting negative pressure design, low heat loss, so that the core paper can be uniformly pressed and attached to the surface of the corrugating roller, so that the corrugating can be better formed. Because the pressure is uniform, the top of the corrugating can be better and evenly coated with glue, so that the single-sided corrugating paper can fit better.

The corrugated roller is made of 48crmo high-quality alloy steel, which is heat-treated, and the surface is ground and then treated with tungsten carbide.

The corrugated roller and pressure roller adopt the air bag control system with high stability and air pressure control buffer effect.

The gluing amount is controlled by electric adjustment, and the glue separating device is electric. The gluing system can operate independently when the main machine stops, so as to prevent the glue from drying up. The rubber tank is made of stainless steel.

In addition to convenient cleaning, the mobile gluing system is more conducive to maintenance and repair.

Simple operation and control system, touch screen operation interface, color chart display, operation status, function selection, fault indication, troubleshooting and parameter setting all show that the machine has complete functions, simple operation and humanization.

The built-in preset adjuster has a spray system to adjust the temperature and moisture content of the core paper.

The bearings of main and auxiliary corrugating roller and pressure roller are all made of high temperature grease to ensure the bearing life and smooth operation.

The pressure roller has no power mechanism, original design and advanced structure, which greatly reduces the vibration and noise of the equipment during high-speed operation.

Both ends of the pressure roller are equipped with weighing sensors, which can visually detect the pressure at both ends of the pressure roller.
