In the flyover part, the single-sided corrugated paper produced by the single-sided machine is lifted, lifted and transported to the gluing machine.

After gluing, it enters into the double-sided machine for lamination, and is transported slowly. It has sufficient paper storage capacity, which is convenient for paper changing without stopping. The electric deviation correction and suction tension control are adopted to make the single-sided corrugated paper aligned and tightened.

The main beam is connected by No.20 channel steel, No.16 I-beam, No.63 angle steel and column, with reasonable structure. High speed does not shake.

The conveying and storage section is covered with galvanized steel plate with low friction. There are 3 sets of ladder and 1.2 inch safety fence on both sides.

High strength herringbone pedal, to ensure the safety of personnel and easy operation.

The lifting part is driven by independent frequency conversion. High strength jointless belt corrugated no indentation, upper slow speed long distance transport, not easy to break paper.

Both sides of each hydraulic support are equipped with adjustable hanging rollers to ensure the balance of tension at both ends of the paper and uniform preheating.
