The double-sided machine is used for laminating the single-sided corrugated paper with the paper, heating the heating plate, gelatinizing the glue, and shaping the production of flat paperboard.

The surface of the heating plate is grinded. The width of the heating plate is 600mm. There are 16 heating plates in total, and the cooling length is 4m. The inner part of the hot plate is a diaphragm isolation structure, which makes the steam flow in S-shape. The steam and water separation function is obvious, and the steam utilization rate is improved. The heating plate is made of vessel plate with pressure vessel certificate and inspection certificate.

The hot plate adopts pneumatic pressure plate structure. The pressure plate lifting adopts pneumatic structure. Standard 10 sets of spring pneumatic pressure plate.

The temperature of the heat conduction piping of the heating plate is controlled in multiple sections, with temperature display.

The upper cotton belt is automatically straightened and centered through the pneumatic valve, and the S-type cotton belt tension device is controlled by double air cylinders. There is a large amount of tension.

Under the belt, the pneumatic tensioning mechanism is adopted. The structure is simple and practical, and the lower conveyor belt is automatically adjusted to the middle.

The surface of the driving roller is covered with wear-resistant image glue, with herringbone structure and medium height to ensure the smooth output of the paperboard.

The driving gear is made of cast steel zg-500, and the gear is lubricated with oil.

The electrical components are of international famous brands, with stable operation and reliable operation.

The main drive motor is frequency conversion speed regulating motor, with large low speed torque, wide speed regulating range, energy saving and high efficiency.

The main frame is made of high-strength national standard profile with firm structure and beautiful appearance, which is suitable for working at high speed.
