According to its maximum production speed, corrugated cardboard line can be divided into medium-low speed (below 150m/min) and medium-high speed (above 150m/min). In general, a corrugated board production line consists of the following single machines and systems:

A) mill roll stand

The function is to support the base paper so that it can be produced at a certain speed. At present, hydraulic shafts are commonly used. The advanced tile line can be equipped with an automatic paper feeder on the base paper support to ensure the quality and efficiency of paper changing.

B) preheater.

Preheat the base paper before corrugating roller to make it easy to form and bond.

C) single facer.

One of the heart parts of corrugated cardboard production line is corrugating machine, the main part is corrugating roller. The quality of corrugated roll, the way of feeding paper (guide board, vacuum adsorption guide paper, positive pressure system guide paper) and the precision of single-sided machine will determine the quality of one watt and one flat produced by single-sided machine. D) paper cart.

The original paper is moved from the production site to the plant transportation equipment at the original paper support.

E) conveyor bridge.

Also known as flyovers. Its function is to match the single side cardboard produced by the single side machine and to make the initial curing for the single side cardboard.

F) multiple preheater (double, three, etc.).

Preheat the single face cardboard output from the single machine to facilitate the following gluing and bonding, and maintain the appropriate dryness of the cardboard.

G) double facer and gluer

The single side corrugated roof is glued, so that the corrugation can be bonded. The main components are upper cots and rubber cots.

H) bonding dryer.

There are three main ways to solidify the paperboard after gluing at a certain temperature, pressure and time. One is gravity roll ballasting, the other is pressure plate ballasting and the third is ballast ballasting. In addition to ballast mode, another main component of the system is the conveyor belt. The quality of the conveyor belt (thermal conductivity, air permeability, etc.) has a greater impact on the quality of cardboard, mainly domestic (such as Shenyang Xingzhong) and imported conveyor belts.

I) slitter scorer machine.

Vertical to the corrugated direction, the longitudinal cardboard specifications and folding line grooves can be realized on the longitudinal cutting indentation machine. Longitudinal indentation machine generally adopts the form of single tool (thin knife). Its adjustment methods can be divided into manual adjustment and computer adjustment.

J) the paper carrier.

K) cutting-off machine.

Mechanical type and computer type are two kinds. Mechanical type is the early model. The size of cross-cutting needs to be adjusted manually. The size of cross-cutting machine controlled by computer is set directly in the computer, and its size error is also small.

L) conveyor.

The cardboard, which has been indented vertically and cut horizontally, is transported to the facility of the rear stacker.

M) stacking machine.

The parts that are slicing are stacked according to specified requirements.

N) main drive.

Main drive system including main motor.

O) paper edge crasher.

Collect the waste after cutting and crush it to deal with it.

P) paste making machine.

The bonding between corrugated and facial paper needs adhesives. Paste making machine is the equipment for making adhesives. At present, corn starch is mostly used as the main body of adhesives, supplemented by additives.

Q) steam heating system.

A heating system for increasing cardboard temperature is provided. It can be electric heating, oil heating or coal-fired boiler.

R) compressed air system.

Because there are many pneumatic components on the whole production line, the compressed air system is the equipment to provide this power.

S) electrical control system.

The main control system of the production line (including speed coordination of single side machine, coordination of wet parts and cadres). A complete corrugated line should include a single machine and system for all processes of producing corrugated cardboard. It can also simplify or add special equipment such as printing pattern, plastic coating and moisture-proof according to user's needs.
