(1) add proper amount of lubricant to the parts that need lubrication before starting the machine.

(3) carefully inspect each roller, whether there is a sharp, hard and other sundries between the belts.

(4) each operating handle, switch button, adjusting device and safety device are in normal stop position.

(5) try to boot a few minutes, check the motion machine if there is abnormal sound phenomenon, check the emergency stop button is a sensitive and effective control.

(6) during operation, timing check motor, reducer, blower, electric control box operation is normal, if there is abnormal noise, leakage and other downtime immediately when troubleshooting before starting work.

(7) when the engine stops, the roller pressure is removed and the feeder is lowered to the minimum position.

(8) each operating handle, switch button, adjusting device and safety device are placed in the normal position after stopping.

(9) clean the roller, wipe it clean, pay attention to the machine running speed at low speed.

(10) turn off the switch POWEROFF and switch on the side fuse EA-53B of the control box.

(11) dust the surface of the machine, oil, water, wipe clean, while cleaning the surrounding debris, and put tools neatly.
