The Shape of Corrugation

B) V-shaped corrugated core paper and adhesives are used less, but corrugated rollers are easy to wear, service life is short, and the thickness of corrugated board is unstable, and the core paper is easy to cut off at the corrugated peak.

Our country stipulates (recommended) that the corrugated shape is between U-shape and V-shape, which is called UV-shape. Its elasticity and processing performance are superior to V-shape, and its flat compression strength and material are superior to U-shape.
