(1) The manufacturer of carton machine believes that single facer operators need specialized training before they can operate the machine. Operators need to master the functions of each button on each operation panel, and be able to operate each button and switch correctly.

(2) Operations should be carried out according to the prescribed procedures, and illegal operations are strictly prohibited to avoid program errors causing machine accidents and damage.

(3) When there is no paper, high-speed operation is prohibited to prevent direct collision of flute teeth and damage to the corrugated roller.

(4) During the production process, always clean the debris inside the slurry barrel to prevent the slurry pump from running idle. Keep the pulp box clean and free of dry pulp.

(5) Before starting the machine, it is necessary to start the compressed air system first to avoid damaging the corrugated roller due to vibration without locking force.

(6) Before starting and running, it is necessary to ensure that the gear coupling of the driving part is connected in place to avoid damaging the gear coupling.

(7) This machine is a high-temperature operating equipment, and flammable and explosive materials are strictly prohibited from approaching the equipment. Meanwhile, when handling paper feeding, it is important to avoid skin contact with heating elements to prevent burns.

(8)  Pay attention to regular inspection of equipment fasteners to prevent looseness and detachment, which may cause unnecessary equipment damage.

(9) Strictly prevent foreign objects, especially hard objects, from entering the equipment and causing equipment damage. Be careful not to put repaired screws, washers, tools, etc. To prevent them from being brought into the equipment due to vibration.

(10) When the manufacturer of cardboard box mechanical equipment believes that the paper feeding is obstructed, it is prohibited to use iron bars to feed the paper, in order to avoid being transported to the operating roller and causing equipment accidents.

(11) Regularly check the lubrication condition to prevent bearing damage due to oil cut-off.

(12) Operators need to wear work clothes, and are prohibited from wearing shorts, vests, and slippers. They should also wear clothes to avoid accidents such as burns or being dragged into the machine.

(13) To prevent the impact of thermal deformation, the heating and cooling of the running roller should be carried out at low speed to shorten the stopping time and reduce the deformation of the roller.

(14) Regularly inspect cables and wires and avoid touching moving parts of the equipment. After shutting down, it is necessary to cut off the power supply.
