Single facer is an important machine for producing corrugated cartons, the flute form quality is based on the single facer. The single facer produce single face corrugated cardboard, it is called the heart of the corrugated cardboard production line. How to operate the singe face corrugator safely?

1. No fire and no smoke in the workshop

2. The part with electricity can not be touched, operation table, electric table can not be opened.

3. Clean the electric parts, and have to close the switch firstly.

4. No gloves when operation single facer, the hand should keep away from the flute roller and other rollers.

5. Tighten hair and clothes when operating the single facer to avoid the accident.

6. The operator of single facer should be concentrate on working.

7. If there is any malfunction of single facer happened during working, stop the single facer as soon as possible.

8. It does not allow to put glass, food or other stuff on the single facer

9. After finishing the job, clean the single facer.

10. Check and maintenance the single facer before work off, clean the body of single facer, fill oil, turn off the machines.
