1. The power wiring should be standardized, and the cable of the equipment should not be damaged to prevent aging;

2. The door lock of the distribution box on the stamping equipment should be equipped with a key, and the power supply will be cut off automatically when the door is opened;

3. The change-over switch with key lock shall be used for the conversion of single, continuous, pedal stamping and other operations;

4. During single stroke operation of stamping equipment, continuous stamping stroke is not allowed;

5. When continuous stroke operation is selected, pre control action link shall be set in the operation process;

6. There is an emergency stop button on the stamping equipment, which should be self-locking;

7. Interlocking control shall be provided between foot operation and hand operation;

9. The mechanical equipment shall be provided with nameplate, various operation instructions and warning instructions.

10. The foot pedal operating device adopts a foot pedal, which is used for electrical switch control and can be reset automatically;

11. The upper and both sides of the pedal shall be equipped with protective covers, and the pedal shall be anti-skid;

12. The stamping equipment has protective measures to prevent hands from entering the closed area of the mold. The using unit should take stamping operation measures such as automatic feeding and discharging, installing protective devices, molds and using special tools for picking and feeding according to the type of stamping equipment and the shape of the workpiece of the production product.
