1、 Changing the old chain and manual paper feeding mechanism to a chain automatic paper feeding mechanism. The old chain paper feeding relies on manual placement of paper sheets one by one on the paper feeding table. The drawbacks of this paper feeding method are the high labor intensity of the operators, low paper feeding efficiency, and poor accuracy. After changing to a chain automatic paper feeding mechanism, the cardboard is stacked on the paper feeding table and automatic paper feeding is implemented, which not only reduces the labor intensity of the operator, but also improves the efficiency and accuracy of paper feeding.
2、 The old phase manual adjustment mechanism has been changed to manual zero adjustment and automatic zero adjustment. The adjustment speed is slow, there are many trial adjustments, and there is also a lot of waste of cardboard. After adopting zero adjustment, not only does it improve the adjustment speed, but it is also more convenient to operate. In theory, using zero return greatly saving the cost of testing cardboard.
3、 Improving the adjustment method of the slotting knife and the wire pressing wheel for the old regular model. The adjustment of the knife and wire pressing wheel is carried out one by one, with eight cutting discs, eight wire pressing wheels, and four slitting knives, requiring 20 adjustments. Improve this method to manual linkage tool adjustment and automatic linkage tool adjustment.By using this mechanism, as long as one knife is adjusted, the upper and lower knives, as well as the upper and lower wire pressing wheels, will move together, increasing the speed of tool adjustment many times. This is particularly suitable for small batch processing of multiple varieties.
4、 Change the old semi-automatic ink circulation to manual automatic circulation and pneumatic automatic circulation. The original semi-automatic cycle refers to the ink circulation during startup, but the ink cannot circulate during shutdown. This will easily cause ink drying on the anilox roll, blocking the mesh and affecting the printing effect. By changing to manual automatic circulation and pneumatic automatic circulation, the above situations can be avoided and the printing effect can be greatly improved.
