Functions of carton folder gluer

In the carton packaging and printing industry, the application of the carton folder gluer is the final process of the packaging box processing. It is to fold the printed and die-cut cardboard into shape and stick it to be a carton. The machine pasting box replaces the manual pasting box, reducing the labor cost and improving the efficiency.

The position of the carton folder glueris divided into the paper feeding part, the pre folding part, the hook bottom, the forming part and the box pressing part. According to the width of the inner plate, the carton folder gluer is divided into 880 series, 1000 series, 1200 series, 1400 series and 1600 series. Each series is divided into ordinary type carron folder gluer, pre folding type carton flder gluer machine, hook bottom type carton flder gluer machine, and hexagonal type  carton flder gluer machine according to different paste box functions.

Ordinary  carton flder gluer machine machines do not have the functions of bottom hook and pre folding, and better ones have the functions of pre folding. These can only paste the side boxes. The bottom hanging box pasting machine shall be selected for making the bottom hanging box. The carton flder gluer machine with complete functions is a quadrangular and hexagonal  carton flder gluer machine, equipped with a glue spraying system and a servo system. In addition to the side boxes and bottom hanging boxes, quadrangular and hexagonal boxes can also be made.
