When the corrugated cartons adopt flexo printing technology,  due to the elastic coverage of the flexographic plate, it can compensate for thickness errors and surface unevenness in printing, making the printing ink color uniform. The printing is according to the anilox quantity and flute type, after printing, it will be cut as per design to complete cartons.

The flexo printing technology characteristics is shot ink path, the anilox roller is the key part for delivery and uniform of the ink. The ink holes quantity and anilox quantity make up the anilox roller performance and application range. And 180-300 wire/inch is most popular.

Because it adopts water ink, so it can adopt steel anilox roller too. About the mechanism of printing, there are 4 rollers to be one printing unit, install printing plate, adjusting, washing are all simple. And the printer is work together with other units to produce carton, like creasing, slotting, die-cutting, gluing,etc.
