The water content of corrugated cardboard changes with the amount of glue applied. When the amount of glue is large, the water content of corrugated paperboard is large, and vice versa. For single facer and double facer, the gap between the coating roller and the limiting roller is generally 0.2mm-0.25mm; The gap between the corrugated roller and the rubber coating roller under the single-sided machine is generally 0.1mm-0.2mm; The gap between the pressing roller (contact bar) of the double-sided machine and the coating roller shall be slightly lower than the height of the single-sided corrugated cardboard by 0.05mm ~ 0.1mm. The above gap can be measured with a feeler gauge, but the two rollers should be parallel.
