Maintenance of Carton Machine

1. Change the lubrication of  the worm pole and worm wheel in reducer of carton machine, we can use number 10, 20 and 30 engine oil.

2. After repairing and assemble again, running the machine, check if it runs well. Heating the rollers, and put a few of oil special for carton machine, make it cover the surface of the roller. Then cut of power.

3. If the chain is loose, can take off few sections or change a new chain.

4. Disassemble and wash all rolling bearings and add new lubricating grease

5. all dirt on the friction surfaces, especially the chains and sprockets, should be cleaned and re lubricated.
