(1) Adjustment of the clearance of the corrugated paper input roller: the clearance can be adjusted by turning the worm gear mechanism with the handle. When adjusting, according to the corrugated type of the corrugated paper and the thickness of the paperboard, the clearance is appropriate, so that the corrugated paper can be smoothly and accurately transported forward without damaging the corrugated type and some friction. (2) Adjustment of the gap between the rubber coating roller and the bottom roller: the gap can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt, or by driving the sprocket chain to drive the bevel gear through the hand wheel. When the gap between the two rollers is inconsistent in the axial direction, the adjusting bolts shall be adjusted respectively until the gap is consistent in the axial direction. Then adjust the clearance through the hand wheel according to the thickness of the corrugated paper until the corrugated paper is properly conveyed.

(3) Adjustment of the gap between the rubber coating roller and the rubber scraping roller: the gap can be adjusted by the handle. When the handle is rotated, the worm gear and worm rotate, so that the clearance becomes larger or smaller through the thread transmission in the worm gear. For different paper and different corrugated paper types, the adsorption amount of adhesive is different, which needs to be explored in the production practice, and this gap should be adjusted reasonably. It is not only necessary to bond the face paper firmly with the corrugated paper, but also to save the adhesive.
