 Technical Requirements for Corrugated Carton Boxes

1. Standard. As per GB6543 < corrugated carton> and GB6544 <corrugated cardboard>,  the qualified carton and corrugated paperboard should be marked of QUALITFIED by the carton factories

2. Material. The corrugated cardboard adopts the flute paper not lower than 112g/m2, the surface paper is not lower than 200g/m2, and the corrugated cardboard suface should be smooth, no convex or concave.

3. Picture mark. Corrugated cardboard printing should be according to the color standard, the painting logo should be clear.

4. Carton performance. The structure of corrugated cardboard should be meet the request of corrugated cardboard production line.

5. Carton shape. The carton should be smart, tolerance should be lower than 3mm, the gluing seam fibre should be 100% teared after 72 hours in -20℃. if the stitching seam, the stitching seam should be smart, and the distance should be former.

6.  The scorer and slotter. The scorer should be in straight line to fold the carton. The cut edge should be smooth, no burr.

7. Hygienism request of material. To be avoid from dirty, worm, chemical and other pollution

8. Size. The carton inner size tolerance is ±3mm

9. Flute and carton type. Most carton should be slotting carton (RSC), the side of carton should be vertical direction.

10. Packing and logo. The corrugated carton should be in bundle, put on the pallet to be a package. Each package should be show the produce factory, size, name, producing date, and serial number.

11. Storage loading and discharge. The corrugated cardboard should be store in the suitable condition. Not in high stacking, and do not open the package.
