Clearance adjustment

Sizing

1. Electric digital phase and box height adjustment. The unit is mm, which can be automatically adjusted by entering values or by inching. The adjusted values are displayed electronically when inching is adjusted. It can be adjusted when the machine is running or stopped.

2. The slotting spacing is electrically adjusted. The upper knife, the lower knife, the paper cutter, the upper and lower thread pressing wheel, the paper feeding wheel and other electric couplets move synchronously and axially, which can be adjusted separately or simultaneously with multiple knife groups.

3. The slotting cutter and corner cutter are suitable for cardboard with less than 7 layers. When changing cardboard with different thickness, all the cutters need not be adjusted.

4. The model is equipped with auxiliary lights to facilitate operation at night or in poor light environment.

Lubrication method: spray lubrication is adopted for the gear of the whole machine, and the gear oil is automatically circulated.

The host adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which is power saving, low noise, and sensitive braking. The working speed is 1-100 pieces per minute and can be set freely.
