1. Sealing of gaps.The simple structural form is to leave a gap with a radius of approximately 0.1-0.3mm between the through-hole of the shaft and bearing cover. This has a sealing effect on bearings lubricated with grease. urning out an annular groove in the through-hole of the bearing cover and filling the groove with lubricating grease can improve the sealing effect.

2.  Labyrinth sealing.  Labyrinth refers to the zigzag gap formed between rotating and fixed seals. Usually, the maze is arranged radially, with gaps of 0.2-0.5mm in size. The gaps are often filled with lubricating grease.

3. Sealing of oil slinger ring. Make grooves or install oil rings on the shaft, use centrifugal force to shake off the oil flowing along the surface of the shaft, gather it, and flow back to the oil pool, thus playing a sealing role. However, the sealing effect is lost after parking, so it is often used in conjunction with other forms of sealing. The oil splash plate installed on the inner side of the bearing is to use centrifugal force to shake off the oil that may enter the bearing, playing a sealing role.
