(2) The rules of cardboard mouth are different. All die-cutting machines themselves will produce precision errors. In order to improve the accuracy of die-cutting indentation, we must choose a high-precision die-cutting machine. Manual plate-making method requires high technical level of plate-maker. Plate-maker is influenced by many factors such as technical level and experience of plate-maker. It is suitable for medium and short plate packaging with low precision requirement. Therefore, in order to get a good die-cutting accuracy, we must choose advanced plate-making methods. (3) The position of die cutting indentation and printing is not aligned. The solution is to recalibrate the die cutting plate according to the product requirements, set the position of positive printing and die cutting indentation, and adjust the position of die cutting indentation and printing grid through the positioning rules of paper conveyor side or front positioning rules.
