(1) Adjustment of the gap of the corrugated paper input roller: this gap can be adjusted by turning the worm gear mechanism with the handle. When adjusting, according to the shape of the corrugated paper and the thickness of the paperboard, the clearance is appropriate, so that the corrugated paper can be smoothly and accurately transported forward without damaging the shape and friction. During adjustment, attention should be paid to the parallelism of this pair of rollers, that is, the gap should be adjusted uniformly in the axial direction of this pair, otherwise it will lead to the deviation of corrugated paper conveying.

(2) Adjustment of the gap between the rubber coating roller and the bottom roller: this gap can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt, or by driving the sprocket chain and driving the bevel gear through the hand wheel. When the clearance of this pair of rollers is inconsistent in the axial direction, adjust the adjusting bolts respectively until the clearance is consistent in the axial direction. Then, according to the thickness of the corrugated paper, adjust this gap through the handwheel until the corrugated paper is transported properly.

(3) Adjustment of the gap between the rubber coating roller and the rubber scraping roller: this gap can be adjusted by the handle. Rotate the handle, and the worm gear rotates, so that the clearance becomes larger or smaller through the thread transmission in the worm gear. For different paper and different corrugated paper types, the adsorption amount of adhesive is different, which needs to be explored in the actual production, and this gap should be adjusted reasonably. It is necessary to not only bond the face paper firmly with the corrugated paper, but also save the adhesive.
