1. Die cutting and raising dust

2. The indentation of die cutting machine produces "detonating line" and "hidden line".
Cause of the problem: "burst line" refers to the pressure of die-cutting indentation is too large, exceeding the paper fiber endurance limit, so that the paper fiber fracture or partial fracture; "dark line" refers to the improper indentation line, generally due to die-cutting plate and indentation steel line selection is not appropriate, improper die-cutting pressure adjustment, poor paper quality, paper The fiber orientation is not consistent with the cutting plate layout direction, the paper moisture content is low, resulting in the decline in flexibility and other reasons.
Solution: Choose the right die-cutting plate; adjust the die-cutting pressure properly; put the printed matter to be die-cut in the workshop for a period of time before die-cutting; improve the relative humidity of the workshop environment. The better way is to reduce the height of the indentation steel wire, which is usually 0.1-0.2 mm. It should be determined according to the paper quantity. The height of the indentation steel wire should be reduced to 0.2 mm when the paper quantity is above 350 g/m2. The paper quantity below 350 g/m2 should be reduced to 0.1 mm.
